Our prices are in EUR and include VAT, exclusive use of the house and garden, closed parking for 2 cars, bed linen, towels, water, electricity and gas consumption. The prices also include the cleaning fee for the normal usage, otherwise we may charge an extra fee.
The prices do not include the local tourist tax (HUF 800/night/adult), the cost of heating and optional air conditioning (HUF 3,000/night), grill cleaning (HUF 3,000)
The accommodation fee, the deposit (250EUR) and the local tourist tax must be paid by bank transfer at least 7 days prior to arrival.
The prices on our website are indicative prices. We reserve the right to make changes. The information and prices found here are informative and do not constitute an offer. In any case, the reservation is only valid after written confirmation.
Check-in on the day of arrival from 15:00 to 18:00, check-out until 10:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out is available for an additional fee – by prior arrangement.
Booking conditions:
Booking fee: 100% of the total accommodation fee must be paid by bank transfer. The reservation is considered final only after receipt of the reservation fee.
By submitting the booking intention, the booking party automatically accepts the data management policy and the terms of use.
Minimum booking time: in high season (1st July 1- 31st August): 7 nights (from Friday to Friday), in pre- and post-season: 2 nights, on long weekends: 3 nights.
Deposit: 250EUR to be paid by bank transfer at least 7 days prior to arrival, which the guest will get back in 7 days after departure, if there is no damage to the property or equipment.
Cancellation conditions: 100% of the reservation paid at the time of booking is non-refundable in case of cancellation or non-cancellation 30-0 days before the booked date.
CHECK-IN
We would like to inform you that on 06.09.2021 as of 11.09.2021, it is mandatory for Hungarian and foreign citizens, regardless of age, to use a document reader for check-in at all accommodations. Therefore, if the Guest arrives without documents upon arrival, due to the current legislation, we will not be able to receive them! Therefore, we would like to draw your attention to make sure to check that you have your identity documents with you before departure!

Data recording in absence of the guest:The accommodation provider may give guests the option of scanning the personal data required by law from their identity cards by themselves, remotely and digitally using the property management system.
The accommodation provider is still responsible for checking the data provided by the guest, before forwarding the data to the VIZA system. Accordingly, with regard to the data provided remotely, the accommodation provider shall check the identity of the guest, and the veracity of the data recorded in advance, at the latest on arrival of the guest. The check may also be done before the guest arrives, either by video call or by using a digital image providing proof of identity.
